David is a retired signalman and keen railway photographer who is going to enlighten us all about the Berkshire and Hampshire line. Even if you know about this line it will be well worth attending this presentation.
Please note it will be at the Pinewood Building but unusually will be from 14.30 to 17.00 with a tea break.
INFO: The Berks and Hants Railway comprised two railway lines built simultaneously by the Great Western Railway (GWR) south and west from Reading in an attempt to keep the London and South Western Railway (LSWR) out of the area that it considered to be its territory in England.
